THIS IS MY STORY

On November 8th 2024 I entered into a verbal contract with a watch dealer that I have done successful business with prior.  I ordered a 2023 brand new, unworn Patek Philippe 5712 for $129,000.   As I have done in the past, I wired the money and that is where the problems began.  I received excuse after excuse why I don’t have my watch yet through September 2025 as of now.  I finally just asked for my money back and still nothing but excuses.  I’ve been more than reasonable.  I asked for:

*my watch

*my money back

*Collateral to hold while waiting for my watch

This is not something that I like to do but as of today I am out of pocket $129,000 and I want to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.  I am an accredited Rare Coin Dealer and understand and abide by the ethics in our industry.  Our industries are the same.   We need to protect each other.
